Albert P. Mollo, Esq. has extensive experience as a New Jersey criminal, DWI and traffic attorney. Mr. Mollo has represented thousands of clients in Courts throughout the State of New Jersey.  Each year, Mr. Mollo handles hundreds of cases and is committed to providing the vigorous representation to every client, every day.  His knowledge and experience complement his personal commitment to providing efficient and sophisticated legal representation.

Mr. Mollo has represented clients on criminal, DWI and traffic matters in Courts throughout the State.  He has experience evaluating discovery, filing necessary motions and, if necessary, proceeding to trial.  Mr. Mollo has also filed and argued appeals with the New Jersey Superior Court and New Jersey Appellate Division.  He is also one of the few attorneys to have argued a case before the New Jersey Supreme Court.

After starting his legal career with an international law firm.  He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the New Jersey Superior Court. Serving terms in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions, he has been exposed to a kaleidoscope of substantive and procedural nuances of law.

Mr. Mollo also has a comprehensive understanding of legislative intent and issues, as he has previously worked in the New Jersey Legislature and the Office of the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives in Washington, DC.

Mr. Mollo received a B. A. from the University of Arizona and a J. D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
